Link Monster is the Herald clan's latest and biggest failure.
It has a loose material binding that can be Link Summoned with various Decks, an ability to negate the activation of Spell Trap card effects, a recovery effect when it falls, and an ability that can be used as an accessory for suppression like a celestial sphere at first glance. However, since the hand cost for using negate destruction is limited to Fairy and the status is low, even Fairy-type decks can be extremely limited.
From the second half of the effect, it is supposed to be used in a Ritual Angel Deck that uses Perdek and Ardek, but Perdek and Ardek can cover a wider range with the same cost content, and the status is more defensive. The effect is very high and there is no turn 1, so I don't feel the significance of using this monster that has a role, and the recovery effect is conditional on sending GY by the opponent, so it is difficult to rely only on this effect, and it is effective. The effect is also a salvage, so it is difficult to contribute to the rotation of the deck.
Although it is an advantage that Perdek and Ardek do not have, it can also capture the "effect activation" of her Spell Trap cards that already exist in the field and her GY's Spell Trap cards.
If you look only at the effect, it's not at all weak, but the Link Monster that came out as LVP3 is supposed to be used in a specific and very limited deck, but it doesn't play a role in her deck. I have to say that not having it at all is fatal.
It's doubtful whether Link Monster is even necessary, and rather than handing over a group of monsters that are originally strong enough to not even have a named theme, it's a DT theme that needs to be strengthened and reprinted rather than giving it a vacant new one that doesn't have a frame or demand. I feel that it would be more meaningful to hand over 7 or 8 Link Monsters around.
