A card that appeared in the original Kingdom arc, and was made into an OCG in the form of a special move card, in contrast to 《Burning Land》, which had a general effect.
It was the oldest effect that specified 《Summoned Skull》, and it was a valuable card that specified Thunder other than the sea and electric whip, but now unfortunately it's something less than Thunderbolt with padded text. There is no other choice, but the demerit of not being able to battle, let alone the activation conditions and the effective range, is really unnecessary now.
At the very least, if a monster that is treated as 《Summoned Skull》or a Thunder monster cannot search and salvage this card by name with its own summoning trigger effect, it will be out of the question.
It's still fresh in my memory that EX monsters, derived from 《Summoned Skull》, appeared one after another.
