A Dinosaur monster that takes the form of a Transcendence Dragon, and his ATK and DEF are +1000 each.
Like other transcendence dragon EX monsters, it can be used with Meteorus and the level 6 Dinosaur recruited by its effect, but it is also a general-purpose level 12S monster with 2 free materials, and in this respect it is also an EX monster so far. It can be said that it is a very valuable existence for Dinosaur, which itself was scarce.
In addition to the self-resurrection effect common to transcendental dragons when destroyed, the effect is a defensive ability that gives combat destruction resistance and double-sided resistance to Dinosaurs Special Summoned by his GY, including himself.
I don't think there are many scenes where battle destruction resistance is needed with this ATK, but if it is Special Summoned from GY, it will not be destroyed by battle and effects alone, and it will be a very robust monster that is not subject to effects. Also, it would be nice to be able to do the Special Summon from GY by myself.
The transcendental dragons, including this monster, want to avoid being removed by any method other than destruction, so it would be nice to have a considerable increase in the effects of exclusion, bounce, release, and GY sending that can be defended by target resistance.
It feels a little plain, but there is no doubt that it is quite unpleasant for Deck opponents who are not good at large monsters with target resistance, and such a Deck is one of the answers to defeat super resistant monsters. I think it's great that the effect is not destroyed by the effect, and it can withstand being hit from above.
Effect destruction resistance and target resistance are limited to effects from the opponent, so I think it's good to have a "proper" adjustment that doesn't interfere with self-destruction by Dinosaurs. Because there are quite a few...
Unlike Gikant Saurer, who can hardly be played without Ground Zeno, and Drill Gnatus, whose ATK is uneasy and has a low ability to withstand the opponent's turn, Ovi and Meteorus, which he brought with Fossil Dig, can be used with over 3500 ATK. So, it can be said that it is the easiest to handle among transcendental dragons.
