First of all, it is an effect that revives allies in each other's standby phase, but it is possible to revive "Time Thief Chronocorder" and "Time Thief Bezel Ship" that can interfere and support X monsters even in the opponent's turn. It would be helpful to be able to supply materials as they are. Thanks to this effect, the recovery ability is greatly improved.
And for the 2nd effect that supplies Time Thief materials from the Deck with Friche, this one is Friche Deck Bounce, of course 《Time Thief Redoer》, but also 《Time Thief Double Barrel》, which can negate monster effects and take control without targeting. Both are very compatible. After all, Double Barrel was designed on the assumption that it would be used in conjunction with this card. Also, since you can use any Time Thief card from the Deck as a material, if you consider removing it, it will effectively become a Time Thief-only 《Foolish Burial》or 《Foolish Burial Goods》.
