Virtual World doesn't have level 9 monsters that can enter the main, so it's not easy to get Rank 9 because it's quite expensive to get Synchro once and level up with Suzaku.
Despite the summoning difficulty, this card has only 1 interference, and you can't use the negate effect unless your own monster also negates him. If you target yourself, you can negate anything other than Earth and Phantom Dragon.
Also, Virtual World Gate often uses his GY effect as the main, and only Suzaku remains in the field.
