It's a card that's quite confusing when asked, "What should I use this card for?" The writing is pretty strong though.
I'll leave Albus' point of view from his Branded Deck to other experts, but from a Dogmatika point of view, this card will take advantage of being treated as his Dogmatika.
《Nadir Servant》, 《Dogmatika Ecclesia, the Virtuous》, 《Titaniklad the Ash Dragon》, search or recruit using a variety of deployment methods, send 《Blazing Cartesia, the Virtuous》or 《Fallen of Albaz》to GY with the effect of (1), and use Dogmatika's favorite EX You can activate (2) as it is by sending GY, and you can create 《Granguignol the Dusk Dragon》with Cartesia to earn more add, or you can activate Albus' fusion effect on the opponent's turn and use it to interfere.
Also useful if Cartesia is in hand but Albus isn't in her GY. It is also possible to drop Albus into his GY, let Cartesia self-develop, and leave this card in place to create Grand Guignol and revive Albus as it is.
