In the 《Drytron》/《Herald》era, it was searched by 《Eva》and became 《Herald of Ultimateness》hand cost. Even if Herald of Ultimateness was negated with 《Forbidden Droplet》etc., this card itself could interfere twice, laying the foundation for Drytron Herald's victory.
With the Drytron Herald gone from the environment, it seemed like it would never be used again, but the appearance of Ishizu/Tearlaments proved its worth. Since the monster named "This World and the Underworld" was her Fairy, this card was the first move to interfere. By dropping 《Kelbek the Ancient Vanguard》and 《Agido the Ancient Sentinel》, while negating 《Maxx "C"》, her GY progressed and she was able to develop at Tearlaments. Yu-Gi-Oh's inflation speed has been greatly increased because the opponent can handle interference and development even if the opponent is ahead, contributing to the strength of Ishizu Kanojo's Tearlaments. It's like synchronizing 《PSY-Framegear Gamma》on your opponent's turn without using 《PSY-Frame Circuit》(and stronger than that). I think it's actually the worst example of how the hand cost is abused.
Due to the overwork of Eva and Ishizu, it is finally restricted, and if there is any more activity, it will not be possible to escape the ban.
