Due to its level 1 characteristics, it can be searched with 《One for One》Special Summon, 《Where Arf Thou?》and 《Rikka Glamour》. It also has 0 offense and defense, so if you can search with 《Piri Reis Map》, it's a very supportive card.
The effect of matching the level to the Plant monster on the field works well with Xyz, and overall it works well with Rikka's theme.
However, this card cannot use Special Summon on its own, and it only works when there is another Plant monster on the field, so it's hard to say that it's easy to use, and the development tends to plateau.
《Kanzashi the Rikka Queen》can be X-summoned around 《Mudan the Rikka Fairy》, 《Erica the Rikka Fairy》and 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》, and 《Rikka Queen Strenna》is a stable pair of 《Rikka Princess》and 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》.
As for the ultimate 《Teardrop the Rikka Queen》, the effect of 《Snowdrop the Rikka Fairy》is enough.
If I take advantage of his Tuner trait, I think it will be a Synchro Summon with the copied target, so his Synchro Monster at level 6, 8, 10, 12 is a candidate. However, unfortunately, it is difficult to use it because only "Aroma Seraphie Suite Marjoram" is a strong candidate among Plant Synchro Monsters.
Of course, there is no need to stick to Plant Synchro Monsters, but these days Plants have strong ties between races and themes, and there are times when Special Summons are tied to Plants, so it is still difficult, and the copy target is a Plant monster. I think I could have traveled more if I didn't have to.
At least if this card was his EARTH, I could have copied the levels of "Princess Rose" and "Rose Girl" and brought it to "Meliae of the Trees"...
That said, there is a possibility that it will be fully transformed depending on the addition of the card pool in the future, so I think it's worth keeping this card in the corner of your head.
