If you look at the huge cost, it tends to get a low evaluation, but if you look at it as a single use, it's a veteran card that has the ability to compete with shrinkage and mutual positions.
It's weak against Cyclone, etc., and it's limited to opponents with Trap, so small turns are not effective, but since it can halve the entire opponent, it has the ability to surpass attacks.
Depending on the deck, you can choose to keep it, and it's still a useful defensive card if you can manage its vulnerability to removal.
