A card that simply returns a "Volcanic" monster to her Deck.
Presumably it was designed to put things like Volcanic Shell and Volcanic Scattershot back into his deck and make the effects work again.
However, even from the eyes of the first appearance, it has a pretty severe performance. Similar cards up to this card are 《Ray of Hope》, 《Hidden Spellbook (Updated from: Hidden Book of Spell)》, 《The Graveyard in the Fourth Dimension》and 《Pot of Avarice》, but this card is a latecomer than 《Pot of Avarice》.
Although this is a Trap card that has to wait one turn before being activated, it doesn't even have the effect of drawing after returning it to the Deck (a similar card that appeared after this, 《Gladiator Beast's Respite》has a draw, perhaps because of remorse). Sure, he has a "Volcanic" monster he wants to put back in his deck, but The Graveyard in the Fourth Dimension is his spell card...
In addition, this card has a very narrow range of cards that can be returned, and has the disadvantage that it is harder to use than any similar card before this (the number of "Volcanic" monsters is also small).
Also, the number of returned cards is 1 to 3, which is a little and very half-finished. There is no choice but to say that it is safer to use "Pot of Avarice" normally.
You can't return anything other than monsters, and there's no freedom in how you use it. In addition, 《Royal Firestorm Guards》, which has a wider range than this card, appeared later, and if you don't care about playing O'Brien, there's no way you can use it in your Deck.
