The effects of (1), (2), and (3) are interlocking, and this card and his Spell card can put this card on the opponent's field. A card that can create a situation called Sky Striker Ace on your field.
It has a combo-friendly performance, and basically when Kagari is in his GY, he Special Summons and revives Kagari with the effect of (2). With Cagalli's Special Summon effect, he recovers Engage or Afterburner from GY, uses Cagalli as material to link summon another of his Sky Striker Ace, and then burns Sierra with Afterburner to eliminate him. It will be the flow of collecting the Sky Striker Spell card.
It's a roundabout way of doing things, so it's a matter of preference whether or not to use it in an existing Sky Striker Ace Deck, but the next premium pack will add cards related to the manga version of Sky Striker Ace, so it's completely new Building a Sky Striker Ace Deck would also be fun.
However, the drawback is that the new monster currently occupies the main monster zone, so it is not compatible with the existing Sky Striker Spell card.
Unless he has a Field Spell that can activate a Sky Striker Spell even if there are cards in the main monster zone, or a Continuous Spell, it seems difficult to create a new Sky Striker Ace Deck.
