A surprisingly bad card. I personally like it.
If you just want to negate, why not go with God-type Counter Trap? It used to be said that this is a card, but in the current environment where the Friche effect is flying around, it's a Quick-Play Spell, so it's a strong card that can be used as a defensive card on the first turn of the second attack, so it's a reassuring card. In addition, it can deal with special destruction cards such as "choose and destroy" or "negate and destroy", as it can deal with any kind of destruction, and it is highly rated for its high performance in reversing the opponent's suppression.
However, if you look at the recent environment, there are quite a few removals like Kaleid Heart and Fenrir that don't destroy, and negates like Spright and Regulus that don't destroy, and there are some scenes where the effect can't be activated and it rots. I feel like there are a lot of them, so I have no choice but to evaluate them with this score. It has the potential to be +2 points again if destruction becomes mainstream, but...
