"Pot of Greed" Rating Score by センサー万別

A card that is too greedy beyond its name, and the more you play Yu-Gi-Oh, the more you understand the greediness of this card.
Compared to 《Pot of Extravagance》(EX3, 6 cards excluded), which draws 1 or 2 cards at the start of the main phase, and 《Pot of Desires》, which draws 2 cards, the conditions for this card are not only loose, but they do not exist, so when you activate it, you can draw 2 cards first. (However, 《Pot of Extravagance》and 《Pot of Desires》have synergy with 《Gren Maju Da Eiza》, so it can never be said that this card is backward compatible.)
In Yu-Gi-Oh, drawing is directly linked to the add, and since his deck power is high for each card, it is important to increase your hand even by one card.
There is a jinx in Yu-Gi-Oh that short text = strong, and this is one of the representative examples.
Also, for some reason this card doesn't have turn 1, so if it's semi-restricted or unlimited, you can hit it repeatedly even if you're hit.

《Jar Robber》negates the effect of Pot of Greed and draws one card. (If anything, 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》is a natural enemy even if you look at it in general terms.)
《Spirit of the Pot of Greed》If you activate Pot of Greed while in Attack Position on the field,
Draw 1 card.
《Avatar of The Pot》I sent the Pot of Greed to his GY and drew 3 cards. (There is no turn 1, and if you collect Pot of Greed many times, you can repeat 3 draws.)
《Shard of Greed》With Continuous Spell, you can place 1 greed counter in normal draw, and if you send this card with 2 placed to GY, he can make a greed pot. (In the illustration there is a fragment of the Vase of Greed.)

I often see controversy over which is stronger between this card and 《Graceful Charity》draw source, but personally I think Pot of Greed is easier to use and stronger. (Assuming that both are strong, of course.)
Rather than the strongest card, it's a card that's like a mass of versatility. Since this card has the ability to increase the number of cards in your hand, he who wants to discard cards himself will almost certainly be used outside of the deck.
The only downside is that it has the meta card 《Jar Robber》, but to be honest, it doesn't pose much of a threat. Because he puts more versatile 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》or 《PSY Framegear δ》in his deck than putting in 《Jar Robber》, so it can be said that there is no clear disadvantage (effects are negate is common to all cards.)
Yu-Gi-Oh will end when this card becomes a limit. 10 points without complaint.
