One of the 5 cards newly recorded in Cele 5 from the Sky Striker Ace frame. The effect is simple, just temporarily excluding monsters that exist in your or your opponent's or each other's EX monster zone.
Since the opponent doesn't always fight his deck that uses the EX monster zone, if you use this card, you basically want to use it to remove your own card, but you can do it by consuming one card. But that's all it's too bad.
If the opponent is a deck that fights mainly on link, it can be used as a pseudo-removal, but the timing of the monster's return is also your own end phase. Since it normally exists in the opponent's field during the opponent's turn, there is almost no point in bothering to withdraw it unless it is decided on this turn.
Even if it's a Quick-Play Spell, there is already a card like 《World Legacy Clash》, so I hesitate to push it aside and adopt this one. However, this performance is just a little terrible with Normal Spell.
