The concept of the theme of [Dogmatika] was originally something that had strong points and weak points depending on the opponent, but this guy has the performance that seems to be the ultimate, and naturally the preferences will be greatly divided.
At first glance, it seems like a level 12 ritual and it's going to be hard to get out, but all you have to do is get this guy and Dogmatikalamity in your hand and drop level 12 from EX, so it's easy to get out. Dogmatika has a lot of search cards, and if there's a new one like 《Dogmatikamatrix》, it's okay.
Both offense and defense are tremendous at 4000, and depending on the deck, he has the effect of destroying EX and adding effect resistance to Dogmatika monsters, which can be piled up just by going first.
Even so, monster effects other than EX, effects from outside the field, permanent effects and Spell Trap are effective, and even if you hit it from above, you can defeat it normally, so there are many holes. It's a little less reliable than 《Scareclaw Tri-Heart》(although it's still good enough).
It can be said that it is excellent that it can also grant resistance to Dogmatika other than this monster.

If you write 7 cards, it looks like a lot, but you can choose your opponent, and in the worst case, you can take over with your hand, so this alone is unsatisfying.
Think of this monster as a role to reduce the number of cards, and then think about going further with 《Dogmatika Maximus》or 《White Knight of Dogmatika》.
Personally, it is highly evaluated in that it has given out a high RBI monster within the theme. It's quite interesting to have two 4000 RBIs with resistance side by side when used with 《White Relic of Dogmatika》.
