One piece that I felt that each person's evaluation would change depending on his deck he usually uses, the environment he is playing, and the play style. I personally don't think it's that strong.
Regardless of normal or Special Summon, you can search for Ritual Monsters and Ritual Spells from the Deck at once as long as you put them on the field. It's designed as a level 6 high-end monster that requires other cards or a Tribute Summon to spawn.
So how do you deploy this guy? That's what I'm talking about.
It's a Ritual Deck that has a reputation for being highly costly and prone to accidents if you don't have some gimmicks in place.
In the end, the punchline is to return the card frames used for this development to general-purpose cards, or to use 《Diviner of the Herald》or Manjugod.
However, it's not a card that can't be used at all, and it's attractive to be able to create Ritual Monsters that are at least level 6 or lower as long as you have a gimmick that allows them to appear naturally in the flow. Well, considering that point, I can't help but think that the evaluation of this card would have changed a little if it had been shaken off to around level 12.
I can't say you can put it in any Ritual Deck, but you can use it effectively if you have a reasonable means of deploying it.
