・"Double Summon" or "Chain Summoning" intervening in the activation of this effect with Spell Speed 2 in between
There are three possibilities.
In the case of [Junk], Defender, Collector, Cardner, and Connector have Triggered Immediate Effects, so you can fulfill 《Chain Summoning》by chaining to this card.
In the first place, the effect of this card itself is powerful, so there is a possibility that your opponent will chain it with interference.
Since it scatters negates, it's not bad with 《The Iris Swordsoul》, and if you take into account the negate of 《Junk Synchron》, you might be able to mix it with [Junk].
Considering the adoption rate of this card at the moment (22 years), the current answer is that other negate systems are easier to use, but if the environment changes, it feels like it will see the light of day. But most of these things never see the light of day.
Considering that using the effect empties your own field, it doesn't interfere with 《Evenly Matched》or 《Lightning Storm》, so I think it can be evaluated a little more as a flip card.
It is also a negative point that it is a plain start effect.
