The description seems strong, but there are some aspects that are difficult to use, such as not supporting fusion/ritual support, so it is a fusion/ritual spell card exclusively for Magikey.
It's nice to be able to use a Normal Monster in the Deck as a material, but I think it would have been better if the condition "when you have a Normal Monster or Magikey monster in your hand" was met. Since it tends to consume summoning rights, it may be difficult to deploy.
However, it's convenient to be able to drop any attribute you like from the Deck onto his GY.
However, he also has a weak point where he gets caught on 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》because of his GY sending effect.
Actually, it is easier to use 《Advanced Ritual Art》or 《High Ritual Art》for rituals, and 《Instant Fusion》for fusion (unless you want to summon 《Magikey Dragon - Andrabime》via 《Magikey Beast - Ansyalabolas》).
