It is a Counter Trap for anti-Trap that returns the countered Trap card to the face down.
Because it's "reset" instead of "set", a flipped trap card can be reactivated immediately as long as the constraint is cleared.
Looking at 《Goblin Out of the Frying Pan》, I can't help but think that I should have returned it to my hand.
It would be nice to have a one-on-one skit with Angel Permission-related cards such as 《Bountiful Artemis》.
Think carefully about whether it's really good for him to allocate a deck slot just for that one-shot/busking performance.
There are some good things about this card as well.
