Normal Spell Salvage has been around for more than 10 years since this card came out, but it's a unique effect.
Salvage isn't bad, but the trigger and cost are the bottlenecks.
The timing of salvage will inevitably be in the Battle Phase, but since it is only a Normal Spell, it can only be used in Main Phase 2 at the earliest, with exceptions.
Also, you have to remove 4 cards including this card.
Although it is a trigger, it is not "by the opponent's attack" that is common in such cards, so it is an evaluation point that it can be actively activated with a suicide attack.
Like Recruiter, it works well with 《Ai Strike》, and its ATK is not that high at 1100, so it will do more damage to your opponent.
Next is the cost, but shouldn't this be used in [Elemental HERO]? I think.
If you have 1 of this card in your main deck and 3 types of Elemental HERO cards in EX, you can fulfill the activation conditions.
The number of cards actively sent from EX to GY, such as 《Dogmatika Punishment》and 《Ultimate Slayer》, is increasing.
If you use them to raise the cost, there is a possibility that they will be unexpectedly active in decks that do not depend on EX, which is the opposite of [HERO].
There is no doubt that it is difficult to use, but the effect is close to the only one, so I will give it 4 points.
