In the mainstream "DD", there are times when it is bought and adopted because it has a scale of 0. If you only have Kepler in EX, you can P-summon it and use it to trigger the P-effect of Abyss, or if you combine it with Cerberus, you can raise the level of P-summoned Kepler to 4.
To be honest, the P effect is a bonus. Basically, it's better not to take burn damage, but if you suppress it, you can almost win before it self-destructs.
It's not often deployed as a monster, but it can be a finisher when the opponent's LP drops below 4000, so it's worth having.
Although there are deployment routes that use this card in the current mainstream "DD", the adoption rate is low because you have to put in 1 or 2 cards because of the relatively few patterns.
