Due to the effect of (1) making itself his Special Summon, it is not difficult to put it on the field if there is some kind of lower R-ACE in your hand, and the trigger of the effect of (2) is that a monster on the opponent's field is his Special Summon. You can also activate it by sending your own Kaiju.
Using this, Special Summon her Kaiju to the opponent's field above the EX monster zone while this card is on the field. Special Summon R-ACE Hydrant with its effect, and use Hydrant's effect to put Turbulence in your hand. Fire Engine and Hydrant link summon Akashic Magician and bounce his Kaiju. It is also possible to special summon Turbulence by excluding the Fire Engine and Hydrant that went to GY.
Even if you don't aim for a combo, you can use it as an attacker because it has decent stats, and since it's level 7, you can combine it with Homura Noble Knight - Rinaldo, which is reprinted in the same pack, to create a level 8 synchro. So it's a good card that expands the possibilities of the R-ACE Deck.
