If you want to make the strongest deck for him with no limit regulation? When asked about it, many people used to mention Macyura Exo, but it was a card that was a trump card for one-kill in this world, known to those in the know as a derivative of Macyla Exo.
Before Errata, I was fine with only 15 cards in his GY, so I used Droso and his sixth sense to fill up my hand and his GY, destroying his deck first and getting one kill. Unlike Exo, where you have to have 5 copies, you only need to draw 1 out of 3, and since it doesn't depend on Trap's Droso, it was possible to get a more stable one-kill than Macura Exo. Banned for being too unreasonable.
In modern times, the opponent can't activate it unless he has 15 cards in his GY, but in theory, if you send all 15 of your opponent's EX to his GY, you can destroy his deck first.
The effect is dynamic, but there is surprisingly no use other than the preceding one-kill, so 2 points are deducted.
