Literally the core card of Koa'ki Meiru.
Koa'ki Meiru itself is a long-lived category that occasionally shows its face in the environment, but this card, which is the core of it, has extremely low performance.
In particular, the drawback of doing nothing by itself was pointed out as a great drawback at the time, and in fact, the pure Koaki Deck was more common in the quasi-unified deck that did not adopt the steel core in the standing position of the fan deck.
There is little synergy between Koa'ki Meiru, so there is little point in forcing them to assemble with steel cores. A distant existence.
