The Link Monster was designed as the true trump card of the Infinitrack, but its material is a Link 3 monster that can use any X monster as material.
As a Link 3 monster, it has a very high ATK and strong resistance to monsters, but since it requires 3 X monsters as link materials, Special Summon from the EX Deck will always be in the EX Monster Zone or Link Monster.
