When this card came out, he was in the Zexal era, and just being level 4 had a certain value, so it may be inevitable that the effect has been suppressed so far. (Evaluation has been subtle since it came out)

It is one of the few Warriors that works well with Lair of Darkness, and his DARK in release cost and his DARK overwrite/release simile in Dystopia are a match.
