First of all, regarding the status, although ATK is low at 800, the defensive power is 1800, which is a passing point as a wall role.
The effect of ① is her Special Summon from the hand triggered by release. Due to the nature of the Rikka Deck, which makes full use of X Summoning, unless monsters are lined up on the board, 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》, which comes into play without using the Summoning Right, is an indispensable presence for deployment.
Also, if you search for 《Primula the Rikka Fairy》and 《Rikka Princess》with the released 《Rikka Glamour》, you can connect to 《Rikka Queen Strenna》X Summon and Link 2 R Summon.
The effect of ② is to increase the level of Plant monsters on the field by 2 levels. Basically, I think there will be a lot of patterns to raise her to level 6 and combine 《Mudan the Rikka Fairy》or 《Erica the Rikka Fairy》with 《Kanzashi the Rikka Queen》for her Special Summon.
