Rikka Level 8 Highest Monster
The status is paired with 《Snowdrop the Rikka Fairy》, and the ATK is as high as 2600.
The effect of ① negates the target monster effect by releasing itself from the hand and field.
I haven't had many opportunities to personally use this. Limited to "target" and "monster effect". The Rikka Deck doesn't have enough room in your hand to keep it in your hand.
Stacking multiple cards will lead to hand accidents, and even if you stack one and search with Rikka Petal, her other Rikka monsters have higher priority.
The effect of ② is also to release Plant monsters on the field and revive themselves, and the advantage is zero plastic. Moreover, since it is a Special Summon in the Defense Position, I think it is a difficult card to use as it cannot play the role of a late attacker.
