The card name is a word play monster that twisted Blue-Eyed, but except that her status is her WATER, she is the same as Blue-Eyed. It looks serious without being silly.
Roughly speaking about performance, it is a high hit point monster that only has half resistance.
It's nice that there's no cost and there's no limit on the number of times you can use it, but it's forced to activate on each other's effects, and you can only catch her Spell Trap, so at least a permanent effect like Unicorn would be fine instead of an immediate triggered effect. I wonder if it's sputum.
There are removal traps that can be seen in their own way, such as Escape Big Dinomi Punish, and it may be cruel to require complete target resistance against monsters at this time, but the effects in the latter half can only be a restraint. I wanted you to do your best just a little more because it is a bonus effect.
My personal evaluation point is her ATK of 3000 and the peculiarity that it is a level 8 water dragon in the main deck seems to be mostly tightening up.
