As long as I have a Deck that Special Summons monsters with ATK higher than 1000, or a Deck that doesn't Special Summon very often, there is no restriction that it can only be used at the start of Main Phase 1, so you can do whatever you want. There is no problem even if you use it to cover it after doing it.
It completely restricts the Special Summon itself within the specified range, but it is a card with a skidle-like nature that there are also Special Summons that can be used normally. I really like this kind of meta tag.
I think it can be said that its ease of use and meta performance is quite high in the "Summon Limit" series, but although it is a series, there is no dedicated search method, and Special Summons are used for the purpose of covering after deployment. Bind can also be chain activated, and since there is a void that is effective for all Special Summons, I have the impression that this card is rarely used.
The rise of large monsters that can be self-assured, such as Pancra, and fusion series that set up large monsters without deployment are also big headwinds.
