Being able to remove 3 cards from GY is very powerful
Shaddoll has many ways to send cards to his GY during the opponent's turn, so it can be used as a hindrance to cards activated from GY, and there are many cards that can be skipped with this kind of card.
Also, he has a different attribute than Shaddoll, so it's easy to use him as a material for 《El Shaddoll Apkallone》.
Wouldn't it be strong if the reverse effect could also be activated? Now that we have Luke, most of the time someone will be left out. There are only Resh Shaddoll Incarnation that can be actively used, so it's not something that can be used that much, but when Anaconda was alive, it was used as a first move.
It's just a common problem with lower class Shaddolls, but it can't do anything on its own, and it's directly linked to the high accident rate of Shaddolls, so it's 8 points instead of 10 or 9 points.
