The only EX monster in the Planet series that is in charge of the earth, his Fusion Monster used by Judai, the main character in the manga GX.
It can also be used as a glimpse due to the nature of being fusion summoned by the named fusion material, but the effect is only to temporarily power up by releasing allies.
I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's unbearably weak, but in this day and age, it would be unreasonable to fight with just this one.
If Bahasha rushes out of the EX Deck just like spitting rice cakes, it would be a waste to spend some kind of resource to fusion summon this.
Even if the main character's card is called HERO, in the end it doesn't mean that power can't be obtained without some kind of sacrifice.
