(1)'s attack induction effect is linked to (2), so it's not bad.
ATK is also 1900, so even if you stand in attack position, you can keep the damage within the permissible range.
The resurrection effect of (2) is not bad, but I feel that it is a little heavy to need a total of three cards: this card + Warrior for cost + the card you want to resurrect.
Thanks to Homura Noble Knight, it's true that it's easier than ever to use cards that have been banished and cards that have been banished for a cost, but if that's the case, it won't lead to attacks if it's going to be a [Homura Noble Knight].
