The effect itself is a simple removal effect with a 1:1 exchange. Thank you very much for your help in the past.

Under 《Skill Drain》, the opponent's resistance disappears and this card's effect can be applied, so it's a good matchup. On the other hand, be aware that even if you can activate it, you can't adapt to a negate resurrection like an acquaintance's 《Motivating Captain》.
I was once a restricted card. The effect itself is not bad. Since it is an old card, it does not have the name Turn 1. If you can manage to reuse it, it will do its job.
