Deck top control and rank 7X monster that can bounce multiple cards.
Bounce that does not target is powerful and easy to pass through resistance. Since you can do this multiple times, you can leave your opponent's field empty and in a different state.
However, in order to do that, he needs to have a Plant in his Deck's top 3 cards, and although the material is general purpose, he can't use it outside of the Plant Deck. Even with the Plant Deck, he can't bounce unless there is a Plant on the top of the Deck, so I would like some support.
One of the supports is his own deck top manipulation effect, which is useful for many "Sylvan" monster effects, including effects on himself. It's expensive because it requires a cost, but it's ideal for superlatives such as Legia, which is rotten in your hand.
It's hard to get out if you do it normally at rank 7, but using Pione's effect makes it easier to get out.
