One of the excellent ace cards from Strok.
The card in his hand was a Special Summon, but he was discarded during the procedure, and he was able to behave in a way that made him feel uncomfortable, such as being Special Summoned by GY, so he was called a rare arbitration for a while. Actually, it's not a special ruling or anything, it's just following the basic principle that it's OK as long as there is no contradiction when processing the effect. It was a tragedy due to the fact that there were many Yu-Gi-Oh newcomers (= beginners) and the appearance of cards with confusing behavior overlapped. However, it seems that Konami did not take this matter as a reason to reflect on when they released Scepter Throne, which later showed behavior that was even more difficult to understand.
