In the Melodious Diva, which has many effects when Special Summoned, No Cost Alive is certainly useful.
However, it is painful that only the Melodious Diva can use his Special Summon, and the use of EX is greatly restricted. The Melodious Diva doesn't have enough removal right now...
Also, it is annoying that the condition is covered with 《Ostinato》. There are no restrictions on where to deploy, you can summon fusion while suppressing consumption, and you can indirectly recruit two characters at the end, so it's easier to use than this one.
It's not bad, but I don't think it's necessary for the Melodious Diva anymore. I wonder if it will be adopted as the 4th and subsequent copies of 《Ostinato》.
