With this new he has gone from a Nordic 4 card hand 0 disruptive theme to a 1 disruptive theme.
Since the negate range also includes Spell Trap if it is on the field, it can be used as a universal negate every turn. He asks for a Lord of the Aesir in play, but the Nordics are good at just setting up his Lord of the Aesir, so it's an easy requirement. Being able to recruit Ivaldi to search for this card with Gullveig is also great.
The resurrection effect in the second half is a bonus, but it's useful when you can't pay the cost of the second Gullveig.
