In the case of [Scrap], which tries to come back from a conventional attack, it was useless because it was too fatal to not be able to enter the battle phase. In that sense, the low evaluation is also unavoidable.
On the other hand, after the appearance of 《Scrap Wyvern》, it became possible to consider going first to some extent, and combined with link summoning, 《Borreload Savage Dragon》can be set up relatively easily. If it's the first turn you go first, there's no downside, and on subsequent turns, it will be a useful card in situations where you prioritize arranging interfering monsters over attacking.
With 《Scrap Recycler》and 《Scrap Goblin》, even if GY is not fat, after Normal Summon, Wyvern link materials can be arranged immediately via 《Salamangreat Almiraj》, and this movement is currently the main force 《Scrap Raptor》with the additional effect of summoning power. Good compatibility in some respects. However, this move is also possible with 《World Legacy Succession》, so it depends on whether or not EX is closer to Link.
From the above, it's not something that can be thrown in without any measures, but I think it's a card that has room for consideration when considering the initial move of the Deck.
