Overall evaluation: Similar to Raigeki Break with stricter conditions, but higher performance.
《The Sanctuary in the Sky》is required and the hand cost is limited to light, so 《Raigeki Break》is easier to use on its own.
However, since this is a removal that "does not target" and "sends to GY", its strength is that it can bypass destruction resistance.
Even if there are no cards on the opponent's field, it has the same effect as 《Confiscation》, which checks the opponent's hand and sends one card to GY.
The effect itself seems to be useful in many places.
However, since it cannot be activated without 《The Sanctuary in the Sky》, the accident rate tends to increase.
《Celestial Knightlord Parshath》is compatible with searches, but 《The Sanctuary in the Sky》is given priority first.
