She is Sophia's companion Exosister, and unlike Sophia, she doesn't increase the number of cards in her hand as much as she doesn't request another Exosister, so it's actually a hand exchange effect.
However, this effect is very difficult to handle...
Since the effect activation cost is to return to the bottom, it will be a simple disadvantage if you get hit by Veiler, Urara, or Awakage. It was often limited to situations where it was not possible.
Basically, her Exosister's Spell Trap is only Exosister Carpedivem when the only candidate to return is when you can't xyz, and the monsters are at the level of whether or not to return them if your opponent's Sophia comes to your hand.
