You can draw 2 cards, so it's not that strong... Some of the cards prove that it's not, but this card is a type of 2 draw that can be used properly.
However, he needs 5 monsters in GY to activate. It's not difficult to satisfy, but it's not usable in the first movement, and it greatly cuts GY resources, so it's a little out of sync with modern mainstream decks. Since you can't draw if you don't put back 5 cards exactly aligned, it's also a headwind that 《Called by the Grave》is triggered and meta.
Still, it's not a weak card, so I'd say it's worthy of consideration in slow-to-medium decks, mainly in casual settings.
