I think it's already at a level that needs no explanation, but it's a top-class general-purpose removal card that can easily destroy opponent's monsters with no cost, no targets, no battle position, and no conspicuous disadvantages.
Nevertheless, in modern times, there are cases where it is not adopted simply because it is rotten in advance, so inflation is terrifying. It is difficult to pass due to effects that cannot be destroyed and negate effects, and most of his decks have special removal, so there is no need to compensate with general-purpose cards.
As soon as it appeared, it went to jail and remained banned for a long time, so a degraded substitute card such as 《Lightning Vortex》was created, but as a result of the progress of the times, it was released after Harpie's feather broom.
Even though the adoption rate has dropped, it's still a powerful card, and I'd like to think about using it based on the environment.
