Comprehensive evaluation: Since it is strong against destruction of the free chain, it can be adopted depending on the deck.
Since it can be used immediately on the turn it is drawn, it is strong against cards like 《Destiny HERO - Dystopia》that aim to interfere with your development by destroying free chains, leading to the destruction and removal of opponent's monsters.
It is useless against 《Lightning Storm》during the opponent's turn.
However, it cannot be used for removal other than destruction, and there are many other general-purpose cards, such as Forbidden Dress that grants destruction resistance when sealing the destruction of only one body.
The LP cost is also heavy, and if you don't use it on your turn, there are many situations where you can deal with it by destroying monsters first with Solemn Warning.
