However, I think that it is a card that is quite difficult to handle, even though it seems to be powerful.
If you don't have a deck that can earn extra cards in your hand, or a deck that has cards in your hand that you want to drop into GY, it's easy to spoil.
Also, since it is only a face-up monster, there is a high possibility that it will be avoided by the book of the moon.
Monsters with the same names as Blue-Eyed and Harpie tend to be addicted to his GY Thunder Dragon (although if you exclude him, it's Akan).
I'm not in that kind of situation
As mentioned above, there are monsters that activate effects if you exclude them like Thunder Dragon and Shiranui, so be careful.
However, Friche has a strong exclusion, and the bonus is hard to decide, but brutal. However, it feels like a 2:1 exchange to remove one of the opponent's monsters.
As an impression, Thunder Break is a stable all-purpose removal of Friche.
