Comprehensive evaluation: It is a great help for a special victory with 《Destiny Board》.
The effect of (2) reduces the number of turns required for a special victory with Destiny Board, and also saves the trouble of reusing the Death Message placed on GY.
If you have 《Dark Sanctuary》, you can use it as a monster.
(1) is capable of multiple salvage of his Fiends, and is easy to use together with attack avoidance agents such as 《Battle Fader》and 《Kuriboh》.
It's possible to combine Destiny Board into a salvage card that can be used repeatedly, but Destiny Board is useless in his normal Deck.
By the way, 《Destiny Board》has the effect of always putting out ``E'', ``A'', ``T'', and ``H'' in that order, so even if you put out ``A'' in the middle of (2) of this card, you won't get 《Villa Board》. can't skip that letter, and can't get an 'H' without an 'A'.
If you start with this card, it will be from "H".
