Similar to White, the reproduction of the armed dragon in the anime whose appearance has changed depending on the equipment card.
He can Special Summon by using the designated dragon as a cost, and if it's the original Thunder, it's a good match in terms of triggering the 3 effect common to Thunder.
The 2 effect also triggers the 3 effect common to Thunder, and you can permanently strengthen your own monsters. You can also target yourself, and if it is LV10, it will be strengthened by 3000.
However, you will only be able to attack one. If possible, I would like to use it in combination with continuous attacks.
It has good compatibility with Arashi Dragon Ruler, and can aim for rank 7 because it is level 7 and can be searched via GY cost and Thunder 5. Strengthening is useless, but Obaro can attack 3 times.
