I prefer Deck, but a good hand trigger.
If you have no cards in his GY, you can only activate it in a situation that is almost impossible other than your first turn, but it is a hand trigger card with a very powerful suppression power.
In short, it's 《Different Dimension Ground》that you can release from your hand. However, the difference from Different Dimension Ground is that the effect also extends to the next turn, meaning that the card sent to his GY is excluded during one turn for each other, which means that the next turn's I choose Deck because it affects my deployment.
However, I think it would be easier to adopt a slow-developing [Generaider] Deck that ends with Generaider Boss Stage and a Trap gun down, or a Deck like [Metaphys] that can use exclusion.
Also, DARK/Spellcaster and stats are relatively good, so it's a good idea to drag him out of his Deck with 《Magicians' Souls》or discard him for various costs so that he won't be out of the game after the first turn.
