Whether or not there was a background to saying that, he who suddenly appeared is a Ritual Monster.
Since 《Dogmatikalamity》can be released from the EX Deck, it is easy to put out, but this essential monster is undeniably underpowered.
The restriction that you can't put out monsters from the EX Deck as long as you have this guy is a pretty painful disadvantage in modern Yu-Gi-Oh, who uses the EX Deck a lot.
Since you have to pay that much, you might think that there are other strong effects, but you just need to remove one card from your opponent's EX Deck and raise your ATK. Although it has the advantage of being able to drop the target card, it is extremely painful that the activation depends on the opponent.
The status of this card itself is low for a level 8 ritual, and the self-pump effect does not raise his ATK that much, so it is not good to have a place.
