There are various types of reset cards, but I wonder if the originator is around here. There is a saying that cards with short text are strong, but this card is an exception. Instead of "all cards in hand", "5 cards in hand" is miso, and it cannot be used unless you discard all the cards in your hand. Since at least 7 cards including this card are used and the opponent's hand is intact, the return is not balanced for the disadvantage. I don't see the need to go that far, and it can be said that it is almost unusable when you draw this card other than the first hand.
If you want to blow away everything that far, there are other means such as 《Black Rose Dragon》, so it can be said that there is almost no way for this card to survive.
